The FrSky GPS Sensor GPS ADV is a high-performance sensor that provides accurate telemetry data, real-time tracking, and synchronization with GPS satellites. Latest addition to the ADVANCE (ADV) series sensors. These sensors have been designed with enhanced performance and capability to provide you with accurate telemetry data. The GPS sensor supports FBUS protocol and is also S.Port compatible, which makes pairing it with the FBUS capable receiver a seamless process.
The GPS sensor features accurate time synchronization with GPS satellites, working in sync with the integrated "Auto adjust from GPS" function into the ETHOS system. This ensures that the radio and its telemetry are accurately synchronized with a reliable time system, and telemetry data is synchronized with UTC time. Real-time telemetry data such as altitude, position, speed, etc., can be easily viewed on the radio.
The GPS sensor is compact, measuring 452010.4mm (LWH) and weighs just 11g. It operates on DC 4-10V, with a current draw of 40mA@5V. The sensor is built to withstand extreme conditions, with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃. The sensor has a data rate of 10Hz and a time to fix of 30s cold start. The speed accuracy is approximately 0.1m/s, and the sensitivity is -164dBm. The GPS sensor is equipped with a built-in patch antenna and has a position accuracy of approximately 2.5m CEP.
The GPS sensor is designed to operate under extreme conditions, with operational limits of dynamics 4g, altitude 50,000m, and velocity 500m/s. The sensor is fully compatible with FBUS and S.Port protocol.
